I have tried to learn why the German Rolls which are so crisp for breakfast are so tough for lunch. They are not that way either at the lunch or dinner at the Palace. Tony, who was second cook at the Palace, can probably tell the reason.
Should like very much to get the same kind of bread as the Palace serves for lunch and dinner.
