Post, Lauren C., Editor
Post provides a short introduction and a "salute" to the sponsor, Theta Chi sorority, but the remainder of this issue is given over to letters. Milton "Milky" Phelps was the first alumnus whose death was noted in the newsletter, announced here in the only letter to precede Wallace McAnulty's. The first letter from from a San Diego State College alumna appears here, from Esther Pease, in the Women's Auxiliary Army Corps (WAACs), who serves as a recruiter for them in Virginia. Some entries are annotated in this copy with names of locations and fraternities.
