Post, William L.
The first page of Post's letter was physically cut up by a censor. Before the first cutout, he mentions that his new station is much like Louisiana but windy. The second cut was in a comment on native "negroes" who appreciate the Americans' working too. On the second page he comments that he's having a hard time writing anything that will not be censored. He would appreciate old magazines and air mail stamps, not available there.
