The front end papers show an aerial view of the Montezuma Mesa campus with parking and a road in front of Hepner Hall, dropping off into a lower parking lot, and the Cowles Mountain "S" in the distance. To honor former President Edward L. Hardy (1910-1935) following his death in October 1958, several pages are dedicated to the growth of the Normal School into a state college, with photographs of construction and buildings including the 1959 addition to the library in "The Library Tower" later called "Hardy Tower." Due to a printing error no pages are numbered 262 through 269 (270 is on the overleaf of 261) no content appears to be missing.
