This is probably Big Bear Lake and not Little Bear Lake (that became Lake Arrowhead around 1920). Both lakes are in the San Bernardino Mountains north of San Bernardino. The viewer looks down on a shore as framed by trees, with the lake stretching to more of the San Bernardino National Forest on an opposite shore. In the foreground are downed trees and branches, with new growth. The Teich number at the top of the dividing line on the back is A61258, from which the date was derived. The publisher's number S: B. 17 is also on the back, below the publisher's logo.
