Arrowhead Hot Springs Hotel and snow-capped peaks, California
From a height opposite the San Bernardino Mountains, the viewer looks out over a valley with the Arrowhead Hot Springs Hotel, behind it the Arrowhead geological monument that seems to point to it, and the snowy mountains in the distance. The hotel was also called the Arrowhead Hotel and the Arrowhead Hot Springs Hotel and Spa, built before 1908 to take advantage of the hot springs at the site. The publisher's number on the divided back is 6078, and the card was made in Germany. This card would have been manufactured between 1907 (divided back) and around 1915, when the practice of sending printing jobs to Germany stopped due to the First World War.
