The dates February 14-24, 1929 appear after the title in the bottom white border. Next to the image of a woman in an orange tree, filling a straw hat with oranges is a banner reading: "Dolores del Río, famed Mexican star, daughter of the dons, recognized by the citrus industry as the symbol and spirit of Southern California, and film patroness of the great show." In 1928 del Rio's film "Ramona" was released, in which she played the lead based on Helen Hunt Jackson's famous novel about Southern California, as well as recorded the song "Ramona." In the background is the National Orange Show Building in San Bernardino, opened in 1925. The publisher's number 129536 is on the back on the other side of the dividing line from a promotional paragraph about the exposition, calling it "A scene from Fairyland" and claiming that it was "Visited annually by upwards of 300,000 people from all parts of the globe."
