This chrome card shows an automobile full of passengers stopped so tourists could sightsee. California State Route 18 would later approximate this new road that was cut through the San Bernardino Mountains in 1915. It connected San Bernardino with Big Bear, and tour operators such and Max and Perry Green here would take carloads of tourists to the crest. The Teich number at the top of the dividing line on the back is A-61253, and the publisher's number is S. B. 12.
