Two "arches" in rock off the California coast on the nearest Channel Island (here mispelled) are shown in color, with the water moving freely through the holes in the rock. This is an island chain in the jurisdiction of Ventura County, one county north of Santa Barbara. West Anacapa Island is in the northernmost part of the Santa Barbara Channel. The card has been pasted onto heavy cardboard, so the back is not available for inspection.
