Palm trees line East Cabrillo Boulevard, with a sidewalk near the ocean. The Pleasure Pier and bathhouse are ahead to the southwest as an automobile nears the viewer along the streetcar track. At this time Cabrillo Boulevard ended where the entrance to the plaza seen in PC-002-407 began. The Teich number A-66322 appears at the top of the dividing line enclosing Teich's "C. T. American Art" series name, with their logo at the bottom. The date was derived from this number.
