The title description is continued on the back: "A Beautiful Residential District, overlooking the city, and near the Old Mission, with an unobstructed panorama of mountains, valley, islands and ocean, and is likened to the famous Riviera of Italy and Southern France." The "Old Mission" would be the Mission Santa Barbara, and the Riviera neighborhood was once known as the mission ridge. The Teich number (for C. T. American Art) at the top of the dividing line on the back is A-66843, from which the date is derived. This card has a white border, which is stained around the top left corner.
