The descriptive paragraph on the divided back reads, "The Mission Arch, surmounted by red tile, has been most effectively used as an arcade, as in the San Juan Capistrano Mission and others." Also on the back are the publisher's logo and number G 43, and the slogan "On the Road of a thousand Wonders." The slogan may mean that the card was part of a railroad promotion. The Teich number A-1334 in the bottom right corner was used to date the card.
