Three vintage automobiles line up side by side facing the camera, with some people outside the vehicles. The street is lined with fan palms on the left and deciduous trees on the right. Printed on the left side of the divided back of the postcard above the message space is the following paragraph: "Magnolia Avenue, at Riverside, Cal. is one of the most noted of many beautiful boulevards. It is a delightful Scenic drive of ten miles. Riverside is best reached by the Salt Lake Route." The reference to the "Salt Lake Route" indicates that the card may have been part of a railroad promotion.

The Teich number R-35702 on the back indicates the card was made in 1913. The publisher's number on the back is 557.
