A street stretches into the distance with orange, magnolia, pepper, and palm trees on both sides. On the divided back the slogan "Reached via the Salt Lake Route" indicates that this card may have been used in a railroad promotion.

The publisher, whose number on the back is G1, operated between 1904-1918, making possible production dates for this card 1907 (divided back) to 1918.
