Lagoon, Fairmount Park, Riverside, California
F. W. Woolworth, Co., New York, New York
Flowering shrubs border the banks of the water in the foreground, and across the lake a tall flagpole with a flag flying stands between two buildings with red roofs that reflect in the water. Fairmount Lake was added to the small park near the Santa Ana River on the northwest edge of downtown with a donation by S. C. Evans, Sr. The boathouse to the left of the flag on the opposite bank was built in 1911. The publisher's number in the upper right corner is 11206. The publisher was in business from 1908-1918.
