This untraveled, divided back has a message printed in green at the top of the message panel as well as a rubber stamp naming a local store where this card was probably purchased. A pencil notation of the price of the card sold secondhand, and a number appear in the stampbox. The dividing line consists of the publisher's name and address.

Temecla Mercantile

Built in 1890 from bricks locally made in Wolf Valey, it was a complete shopping center. Besides supplying the town, it was also a terminal for jerk-line freighters wose wagons moved cargo to isolated ranches and settlements in mountain valleys to the east and south.
