The Hotel Indio is described on the back as having "63 modern rooms. Steam heated. In the heart of the National's winter playground. Singles, doubles and suites. First class dining room. Our Motto: Courtesy, Comfort, Service." Here the hotel occupies a full city block, with a sign elevated on a superstructure on the roof and a United States flag flying at the corner. The Teich number in the right lower corner is 2A-H300, from which the date was derived.
