Wharf scene, Redondo Beach, California
Warf scene, Redondo, California
A ship is anchored at the end of a pier at Redondo Beach. A few figures are on the boardwalk, with a small building at the end of the pier and a couple of one-story shacks at the far right. One of the structures at right might be the ticket office destroyed in the storm of 1915, if this is Wharf Number One. The publisher's number is 5005 on the divided back of this German-made card: the divided back and German printers place the card between 1907 and 1915. The word "wharf" is misspelled in the title, and "Redondo Beach" is the correct city name.
