These images are the third and fourth from the top of the back of this foldout: Alexandria Court, Pasadena, California"; and "Grecian Pergola, Busch Arroyo Gardens." Alexandria Court was a "bungalow court" consisting of small homes arranged in a typical "U" shape, a compromise between a single-family home and an apartment. Although it was demolished, more than two dozen similar configurations in Pasadena are on the National Register of Historic Places. The Busch family's gardens designed by Robert Gordon Fraser held these pergolas in the lower gardens near Arroyo Boulevard.
