A red brick building occupies most of the picture, with a road in front and the church on the left. The front and right side are facing the viewer from across the street. This institution was founded as St. Vincent's College for Boys in 1865, incorporated 1869, and then moved to this location at Grand and Washington in 1886. After becoming Loyola College, it merged with Marymount College as Loyola Marymount University in 1973. The publisher's number on the back is 3489. The back is divided but for a return address only, so there is white space on the front for a message
