Palm Drive is lined with tall palm trees, clearly here a dirt road. The publisher--who only operated from 1910 to 1913--gave this card "Series No. L. A. 17." PC-001-774 shows an almost identical scene but places it at "Palm Drive near West Adams St." in Los Angeles, meaning that this would be on the 2014 street Palm Grove Avenue and not Palm Drive in what became Beverly Hills.
