A winter scene on a Sunday afternoon at East Lake Park, Los Angeles, California
Van Ornum Colorprint Co., Los Angeles, California
This park was first Los Angeles Park (1881-1901), then Eastlake Park (1901-1917), and renamed Lincoln Park. Here people are sitting and walking on a lawn among trees and flowering shrubs. The publisher's number on the back is A 125. The slogan, "On the Road of a Thousand Wonders" indicates that this may have been part of a promotion of The Coast Line-Shasta Route of the Southern Pacific from Los Angeles through San Francisco, to Portland, Oregon.
