This is a promotional postcard with no listed publisher. It carries a small sepia-colored illustration of the hotel, with the name and other information as follows: " Dr. and Mrs. M. A. Schutz, proprietors, Broadway and Chestnut St., Home Phone 441 Sunset 1914, Sunny Outside Rooms, Steam Heat, Private Baths, Privileges of Light House-Keeping; Lobby, Parlor and Hall; Rates 50c a day and up, $2.50 a week and up, $10 a month and up; One Block from [Pacific] Ocean, Pike Amusements, City Park, and Electric Depot; Turkish Baths in Connection, Agent Meets all Trains." "Pike Amusements" refers to "The Pike," an amusement zone in Long Beach, and "Electric Depot" is the streetcar station.
