El Centro, Cal [blank left] 19[blank]

El Centro is "The biggest little city" I was ever in; has buildings that would be a credit to a city of 20,000 people, electric lights, gas, municipal sewerage and water works, Carnegie Library, etc.
The El Centro National Bank is one of the handsomest bank buildings I ever saw. It is built of grey granite trimmed in white stone; is handsomely furnished in oak and margle, has safety deposit vault and lobby, and last but not least, efficient and courteous officers and employees.
Yours truly
