"Los Angeles Highway" as used in the title could refer to State Route 86 or 99, passing west of the Salton Sea. This looks like a Real Photo Post Card, but it is probably a collotype, or gelatin process photograph. This card looks exactly like PC-001-376 except for the white border and title. These cards have the same publisher and contributor. The difference in format probably reflects a difference in dates, with this one being the older, because white margins like these indicate a later, ink-saving innovation.
