O. H. Mc[unknown]ighey

Dear Sir:
Mrs Gilmantin can take her choice of the North and South half, instead of the East and West half as she states. The house, I understand, is on the northeast corner.

Yours truly,

December 19
Messrs Short & Schwan,
Pomona, Calif.

Gentlemen:- We cannot use your oranges. Are buying very nice ones for fifty cents less than you quote.

Yours truly,
E. S. Babcock.

Messrs Hansaker, Britt & Goodrich,
San Diego, Calif.

Gentlemen:-
Can you tell me why the case of Purcell vs the Beach Co., in which judgement was obtained for $132.30, appealed by the Beach Co., was not transferred to Works, Gibson & Tinus, and nothing said about it until too late. Through someone's fault we appear to be in bad shape in the matter, and I should like to know who is to blame.

Yours truly,
E. S. Babcock.
