Fisher:
Your letter of the 23rd inst. When I found it was too late for steamer I arranged with three tile men here, and they have gone so far now it will not pay to engage others. Thank Mr. Montague's manager for his trouble.

I note what you say about Mr Spreckels, and know how busy he is. Will write him a note today ans think he will see Siebe Bros. at once. Call on him the day after you receive this, and mention the matter of Haratzy.

I do not know whether I will be in S. F. next week.

It may be that Mr A.B. Spreckels will come there. If he does I will not go to S.F.

Mr. J. Y. Jackson will, as soon as he gets matters settled here, come to San Francisco and lay out the work.

Am glad that another car load has been ordered. I want you to crowd collections, and get in all the money possible.
