Dear Sir:- Your favor of the 17th inst., is received.

I send you pamphlet under another cover.

If you will call on C. D. Simonson, Gen. Agent, A. T. & S. F. R. R., 261 Broadway, you will see a large picture of the hotel, and receive any information you may wish regarding the place.

Should like your figures for yourself, and also what they would be including a baker, and, when necessary, an assistant.

Would expect you to pay your fare. The position would be a permanent one. As we are going to make the change very soon, should like a telegraphic answer giving prices as stated herein.
