Dear Sir:-
Herewith statement of earnings and expenses of the hotel for February, with comparative statement attached.
Please note that, though we had an average increase of 10% per day in the house count, the dining room expense was $1,000.00 less, but advertising about $500.00 more, compared with the same month of last year.
March will show enough better, compared with March, 1892, to more than offset the $3,000.00 loss shown in present statement.
Yours truly,
E. S. Babcock
