Dear Sir:-
I was arrested today for bringing in quail from Mexico, and am naturally a little nervous regarding it, but if your quail are brought to me in good condition, on the 1st of Oct., and they come from Mexico, I will pay you 85 cents per doz. and pay the duty.
You can bring the quail up the beach, and I will be responsible after the birds are delivered to me.
