Below I note another order for car load of meat, to reach here about March 10th or 12th.
Please use the same care in selecting the material as you used in filling the first order.
We only want fresh, cold picked, drawn poultry.
The order is as follows:
125 extra short loins
150 extra short ribs
100 lbs. sweet breads
50 beef tenderloins
15 calve's liver
150 lbs extra farmers' sausage
2 bbls pickled beef tongue
300 young turkeys
500 hens
300 broilers
4 bbls cranberries
2 tierces g.b. ham, average 14 lbs.
1000 lbs pure Lard
½ doz. hind quarters elk without skin
20 doz. cans N.Y. Counts.
