Dear Sir:-
I send you under another cover one of our pamphlets and room plans, also an article from the pen of P. C. Remondino, one of the most eminent physicians of this section, entitled "Longevity and Climate."
Today gathered our first crop of green peas for the season, for the hotel. Strawberries we have had every day for the past year. Bathing in the ocean and bay is indulged in every day in the year, though the weather is never too warm for comfort. One needs medium weight underclothing, with an overcoat usually worn in the morning and late in the evening.
