Mr E. C. Dyer,
I have been making enquiries about milk and cream, and find that some cows milk will make quite a gallon of cream to four gallons of milk; [unknown] five and six gallons of milk to make a gallon of cream. As you can buy milk from Olds for 17 cents per gallon, you can by buying plenty of milk get your cream as cheap or cheaper than you are now getting and have your skim milk to spare for cooking purposes, and you can secure fresh cream, I wish you would look into it and see if I am correct in my conclusions.

Yours truly,
