Mr F. Campagnon,

Dear Sir,

I want to get another pastry cook one similar to Born who was here; will pay $75. for a first class man, can you recommend a man to me, hope your trip to Chicago was enjoyable. Our hotel is holding up much better this year than it did last year.

We changed Chef again yesterday [unknown] not having the ability to handle his cooks, Anton Gora is trying his hand at it with what success remains to be proved. [unknown] did all he could and we parted on the best of terms.
