Post, Lauren C., Editor
This issue is the first to include a photograph, featured on the first page. It shows Post paying his respects in front of the Service Men's panel, an exhibit displaying pictures of men and women from San Diego State in the military. In keeping with the rule mentioned in an earlier issue, Post reiterates that "this is a shooting war," so he edits out mentions of weddings and furloughs. This issue is also the first to include updates on men listed as Missing in Action, a section written by Charles Byrne. It introduces Post's idea for sharing information about casualties: he will ask "a capable acquaintance to handle each case, using all information available."
