Delightful year 'round climate." The image is split into three parts, with the largest part as the bottom portion, showing a couple at a bench and railing on a boardwalk, looking out over a children's playground, a beach, and the Pacific Ocean. The top two photographs present a room with a couple eating on a balcony outside, waited on by a uniformed man; and an exterior view of the swimming pool and two stories of rooms. The publisher's number 99252 and the Kress logo are on the divided back.
