Further description on the divided back reads: "One of the interesting shops in the El Paseo is that of W. T. Genns, Studio 20, dealer in old books." In the image a small display case outside a door shows a couple of pages and the bookseller's name. There is another window toward the right with book covers or prints showing. In later years El Paseo is called the Paseo de la Guerra or Casa de la Guerra, a group of Spanish-colonial-style buildings. Genns also published local history books. The card publisher's number on the back is 1043.
