From the homes on the cliffs through a playground area, down to the beach with a lifeguard's tower, and finally on the right side a man with a large surfboard, the sweep of this full-color, "Plastichrome" postcard takes in a California beach. According to the back, "This beach is known for the huge bed of red geraniums that bloom below white-walled, red-tiled homes on the nearby bluff." The image is claimed to be "From Color Photograph by Geo. E. Watson," whose logo appears at the bottom of the dividing line on the back and whose serial number is GW 2202. In the stampbox a date is written: "8-10 1956," and the publisher's number P5986 is above the dividing line.
