On this sepia-tone card, the lake stretches from left to right, with little signs of habitation on the near side of the lake and the Santa Ana Mountains on the far shore toward the west. This card was "Published exclusively for C. S. Wright, Elsinor[sic]," according to a notice on the back. The publisher's logo is also on the divided back, but their number is in the bottom right corner: 2768. That company operated from 1904-1918, giving this card a range of 1907-1918. The card has several smudges or defects in the light portion, mostlyin the top portion over the image of mountains.
