Carter, Richard Joseph
Sergeant Carter writes on Fort Benning stationery that he is especially interested in where other members of the Epsilon Eta fraternity are. As an instructor of "jump training" in the Academic Company Parachute School, he is looking for recruits. Carter closes his letter quickly so he can join his group on one of their "night jumps."
