Cardwell, Mrs. Harry E.
Lieutenant Cardwell's mother sends in his address as a "Reserve Officer" with the 251st Coast Artillery Anti-aircraft Battery G. Although their presence in Hawaii is a "military secret," Mrs. Cardwell says that many were wounded (and most were safe) in the Pearl Harbor attack, referring to the May 11 issue of Life Magazine for a description of a soldier's life in Hawaii.
