Bruner, William S.
Bruner requests an address change because he is still a civilian and not supposed to receive anything at "the Base," which he says is growing rapidly. He has been made a department head "in Air Forces" for one "wing" and is teaching cadets. At the bottom is an address for August Fishbein.
