Bromley, Philip
Bromley just finished a course at Northwestern University. He refers to one type of "naval nomenclature," "running fixes," navigating when only one object is visible. Chesney Moe and Dudley Robinson are mentioned. Bromley lists summer jobs, now trains as a gunnery officer. His typing class "ground out" the first newsletter. Bromley's wife just presented him with their second child.
