Burnett, Mrs. John W., Sr.
Although Burnett's mother is "visiting a short while in the east" she thought she had "better write in the event his sister failed to notify you" (the staff of the Aztec News Letter) of his change of address as he had requested. She sends his new address in the 3rd Armored Amphibian Battalion, Company A, of the 1st Marine Division, through the San Francisco fleet post office. His battalion drove amtanks in the Battle of Peleliu.
