San Diego State College students Tascher and Folk pose in military costumes during filming of the parody of "Beau Geste." This was the same location as that of the Paramount Studios movie, on the abandoned set of Fort Zinderneuf in the desert near Yuma. (The exact location is an archeological dig and may not be disclosed.) Their fraternity, Sigma Lambda, sponsored the only showings of the film, at San Diego State.
