The Foreign Arts Building (identified here as the Foreign and Domestic Arts Building) is shown during the Panama-California Exposition of 1915 held in San Diego's Balboa Park after the completion of the Panama Canal. The building was designed by Carleton M. Winslow (1876-1946) and built for the Exposition. Also known as the Foreign Liberal Arts Building, it was renamed the House of Hospitality for the California Pacific International Exposition of 1935 and subsequently demolished and rebuilt with the 1935 name and appearance in 1997.
