The Foreign Arts Building was designed by Carleton M. Winslow (1876-1946) and built for the Panama-California Exposition of 1915 in Balboa Park. Also known as the Foreign Liberal Arts Building, it was renamed the House of Hospitality for the California Pacific International Exposition of 1935 and subsequently demolished and rebuilt with the 1935 name and appearance in 1997.
