Windward Avenue was the main thoroughfare of Abbot Kinney's "Venice of America," terminating in the promenade at the lagoon on the east and the Abbot Kinney Pier on the west. On the left here is the Hotel St. Mark. The publisher's number 3752 is on the back along with the phrase "Made in Germany." The small left panel on the back has a printed message along the dividing line warning against writing anything but the "sender's name and address" in the space. Cards like this appear to have been made between 1906 and 1908.
