A line of people waits to enter the Ship Cafe, named the "Cabrillo," built by Baron Long at Abbot Kinney's pier. Printed on the divided back is the description: "This is the most unique cafe in America. Built after the design of the old Spanish caravels of the seventeenth century." Not only was the restaurant built to look like Juan Cabrillo's Spanish galleon, but the staff wore appropriate costuming. The establishment was also a hotel. The publisher's number near the lower left corner is 1080.
