The description on the back states: "Nothing is more picturesque than deep white snow covering the wonderland of rocks in the high desert country of Southern California. This photo was taken near the Jumbo Rocks Camp ground in the Joshua Tree National Monument." The "monument" has since been upgraded to a "National Park," and Jumbo Rock Campground in the San Bernardino Mountains is north of Interstate 10 at Indio. The publisher's number at the bottom of the dividing line on the back is S12633-2, and the contributor's in the top right corner on the back is FS-389.
